Help us reach 150,000 Community Co-sponsors
By adding your name, you’ll join with thousands of others to push both chambers of Congress to pass the Equality Act into law, which would provide consistent and explicit non-discrimination protections for LGBTQ people across key areas of life, including employment, housing, credit, education, public spaces and services, federally funded programs, and jury service.
The Equality Act passed the House of Representatives in May 2019 but has yet to be taken up by the U.S. Senate for a vote. As we see LGBTQ employment non-discrimination protections affirmed by the Supreme Court in June 2020’s Bostock v. Clayton County, there has never been a better time to pass the Equality Act.
