Tennessee enacted two new anti-LGBTQ+ bills this week with more new discriminatory laws still likely to come before the end of the legislative session. Tennessee has passed more anti-LGBTQ+ laws than any other state, with more than a dozen laws passed since 2015. Tennessee legislators have embraced anti-LGBTQ+ extremism, and it is turning Tennessee into an unlivable state for LGBTQ+ folks, particularly transgender youth and their families.
