This is an exceedingly dangerous and unprecedented moment — which has major implications for the reproductive health of women and LGBTQ+ people, including queer and non-binary people and transgender men. This means abortion care, access to contraception, access to hormone therapy, and access to fertility services like IVF that many in our community rely upon are in jeopardy. And we also know that this decision further harms communities that are already facing a lack of access to care — particularly Black people and people of color. To be sure, overturning fifty years of precedent is utterly outrageous. We must ALL speak out and fight back NOW!
